IOS app developer Guillerme Rambo discovered in iOS 13.2 beta code information about Apple’s not yet-released headphones, the third-generation AirPods.
From this leak, it became known that the next generation AirPods will receive support for active noise reduction and a new design with an in-channel form factor.
A schematic representation of AirPods 3 was found in the Accessibility section. It follows that the headphones can be used as hearing aids by people with hearing impairments.
In the beta code of iOS 13.2, mentions of various AirPods 3 operating modes were also found. Among them, the focus mode is silent, but with the noise reduction function activated. In this mode, the headphones can be used as an ear plug when you need to concentrate on any activity without being distracted by external conversations and other sounds.
