conservative hybrid funds: ITI Mutual Fund launches a conservative hybrid fund

ITI Mutual Fund has launched the conservative hybrid fund ITI. The NFO is open for subscription and will close on March 7. The fund will invest in debt securities as well as shares in the Nifty50 index. The fund will be jointly managed by Vikrant Mehta and Pradeep Gokhale.

Announcing the launch of the NFO, George Heber Joseph, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, ITI Mutual Fund, said: “The fund will have at least 75% exposure to high quality debt securities and the remaining balance will be invested in actions. and instruments linked to the shares of companies belonging to the NIFTY50 index. Equity exposure will be between 10-25% of assets under management and will be dynamically managed to provide investors with a smooth investment experience. »

This is the 16th program launched by the ITI AMC during its two-year journey. The current AUM of the fund house is Rs 2,661 crore as of January 31. Of the total AUM, equity accounted for Rs 1,869 crore while hybrid and debt schemes accounted for Rs 580 crore and Rs 212 crore respectively. The geographic distribution of AUM is well diversified with the top five cities accounting for 38.25%, the next 10 cities with a share of 23.70%, the next 20 cities with a share of 18.18%, the top 75 cities following with a share of 15.15% and followed by the others with a share of 4.72%.
