The film shows how we unconsciously begin to believe in prejudice. These are in us, and we must break them

Bombay : Celebrating International Women’s Day, Edelweiss Mutual Fund is launching a digital film that sheds light on the biases that start in all of us and how we can take action to break them. The film inspires women to make a commitment that they will rise above these prejudices and become free. At different stages of life, women themselves doubt their capacity and commitment. Many women, unsurprisingly, lose self-esteem and confidence in their careers. To break down this barrier of prejudice, women must first break down their mental barriers.

In this video, Radhika Gupta explains that a woman’s life and mind are constantly plagued by doubt, whether it’s screaming or coming out. Judged simply for doing their job, labeled as snobby, lazy or bossy, women think many times before taking the slightest step. The strength of BIAS when it goes beyond boundaries or boundaries exerts the power to seek within. There’s nothing a woman can’t do and nothing a woman can’t be. It’s time to say goodbye to prejudice and break free.

Radhika Gupta, MD and CEO, Edelweiss AMC says, “Women are amazing. Yet we fall prey to the prejudices that surround us and judge us daily. Through this film, we wanted to reaffirm that the power to fight against the weight of these prejudices, which drag us down and empty us of our zeal and our spirit, lies within us.

“At Edelweiss, we lead by example, and the Edelweiss family is reminded daily of the strengths we have and, through this message, wants to remind women everywhere that the power lies within them,” she said. added.
