iCapital and Golub Capital strengthen access to private credit strategies for wealth managers

The Fintech iCapital Network platform has sign a partnership with Golub Capital to expand access to private credit strategies for wealth managers on its platform.

The partnership will allow financial advisors to benefit from Golub’s private credit products and expertise in addition to iCapital’s education, technology and investment administration capabilities.

Additionally, iCapital will develop a custom technology platform for Golub.

This fully automated platform will allow wealth managers and their high net worth (HNW) clients to access additional products from Golub.

iCapital’s technology and services offer digitizes the underwriting, administration, operation and reporting processes related to investments.

The firm also offers a range of research, due diligence and education materials to help advisers and investors build their alternative investing capabilities.

Earlier this month, iCapital finalized a deal to buy Stifel Financial’s alternative investment feeder fund platform.

The company secured a $50 million investment in a funding round, bringing its valuation to over $6 billion.
