Conducted their corporate review based on internal standards; 5. Accept new customers; 6. Customer retention rate over one year; 7. Customer retention rate over 5 years; 8. Discretionary and/or non-discretionary non-institutional client assets administered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Training and Professional Qualifications.
